This specific line said by an unnamed council-member, however: “Put the responsibility back on school administration.” Ugh. Schools should make every attempt to curb bullying and promote tolerance, of course. But let’s not forget the people who should have the majority of the responsibility in making sure their kids are growing up with tolerance: the parents.
